Noted American designer Chad Dorsey of Chad Dorsey Design, will bring his relaxed luxury style to the Listening Room and Bathroom for the 43rd annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase, launching its first-ever virtual event on Saturday, September 5, 2020. The virtual launch will include a comprehensive walk-through video tour of the house and landscaped spaces; an Interactive 3-D self-guided tour with links to designer interviews and more.
“The virtual release of the showhouse will be a HUGE game changer for our industry,” says Dorsey. “The big advantage being the viewer can pause and really look at details and view again without crowds,” adds Dorsey. “The viewer will see each room through someone else’s eye, so our content will need to be very well edited and put together.”
Dorsey joins more than twenty interior designers, architects, artists and landscape architects bringing their unique vision to the 1926 built, 6500-square-foot Mediterranean style house in the West Clay Park neighborhood near Seacliff and the Presidio at 22 • 22nd Avenue. In addition to showcasing top design talent and furnishings, the show house also serves as a crucial fundraising event for the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid program.
