In honor of Mother’s Day 2013, artisan hand-stamped jewelry line Bama + Ry will have their “fearless mother” copper necklace included in a gift bag for 25 top celebrity mothers and mothers-to-be, courtesy of a collaboration organized by a juried celeb-gifting organization called The Artisan Group.
Recipients of these mom-centered swag bags include some of the most talked about and beloved moms and moms-to-be in Hollywood: Kim Kardashian, Sarah Michelle, Megan Fox, Kristen Bell, Jennifer Nettles, Gisele Bündchen, Fergie, Hillary Scott, and many more. Celebrities will receive these bags this week (May 6 – May 12, 2013).
Self-described “jewelry wordsmith,” Jasmine Myers is the Portland,Ore.-based artist behind the scenes of this small indie business. A jewelry artist with a background in writing and marketing, Myers has been making jewelry on and off for about 10 years. When she stumbled upon the world of hand stamped jewelry (jewelry stamped with words, quotes, and phrases), she knew she’d finally found a way to merge her previously unrelated talents, and her pieces were immediately well received. She launched her line of rustic, hand stamped necklaces, earrings, and bracelets in July of 2012 and was accepted into The Artisan Group in the Fall of that same year.
