Kate Hudson debuts her multiple style looks at the Venice Film Festival for her new thriller movie premiere “The Reluctant Fundamentalist”. At this morning’s press conferences, hairstylist David Babaii drew inspiration from the city of Venice creating a BoHo-ish style for Kate’s long, luscious locks while for the evening premiere, he transformed her look into a Venetian Goddess painting a picturesque portrait of her natural and healthy beauty.
According to David Babaii, “Kate’s naturally long and full hair is a result of taking Viviscal and the use of great cruelty free styling products like IT&LY’s Purity Design Line. As a hairstylist, it is important that my clients use the right vitamins to maintain healthy and strong hair. Eco-friendly products are also a must but healthy hair starts from the inside.”
To achieve Kate’s BoHo-ish look, David shampooed her hair with IT&LY’s Pure Shampoo and Pure Conditioner followed by a small amount of IT&LY’s Pure Water Drops Serum. Since Kate’s hair is naturally fuller from Viviscal, he applied IT&LY Pure Style Mousse to only the lower half of her hair for added hold. Next, he parted her hair down the middle, blow drying using a large paddle brush, smoothing the crown and top half of her hair. At the lower portion, he switched to a medium round brush wrapping sections around the brush to create loose soft BoHo-ish waves. For added hold with shine, he sprayed IT&LY’s Pure Definition Hair Spray.
For the evening premiere of “The Reluctant Fundamentalist”, the canvas changed as David created a Venetian Goddess look to draw from the beauty of Italy. He began by applying an additional amount of IT&LY’s Pure Water Drops Serum using his fingers as a comb to create soft texture and style definition. David proceeded to finger comb her tresses off the face not disturbing the natural texture, while drawing the hair and gently twisting it into a chignon. For hold, he lightly misted with IT&LY’s Pure Definition Hair Spray.
David Babaii adds, “Viviscal offers women and men a new alternative to healthy and fuller hair. No need for extensions!”
