Land Rover unveiled the Range Rover Evoque Convertible Concept at the Geneva Motor Show. The company’s first-ever convertible SUV model could mark the shape of things to come as the concept is displayed to gauge the public’s reaction and explore the potential for the world’s first premium convertible SUV.
The soft-top convertible concept is modeled closely on the Range Rover Evoque Coupe, which despite being on the market for six months, has already received over 90 international awards.
Building on the global success of the Evoque, the new coupe includes features such as a fully retractable premium roof system and state-of-the-art sound system. Complete with new improvements, the Evoque Convertible retains key characteristics including a command driving position and all-terrain capability.
In keeping with Land Rover’s luxurious sporting style, the interior is in Lunar and Ivory with leather seats. The exterior is finished in a new metallic “Causeway Grey” paint.
