Balblair Whisky Holiday Malt Favorite

For those who aren’t too familiar with Balblair, it is actually one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland Founded in 1790. Balblair is one of the few distilleries in Scotland to focus on releasing Vintages for their whiskies instead of Age Statements. This Whisky is fruity and salty with notes of dried orange peel, apples, apricots, salted nuts and fresh green pear. Very fragrant and pleasant taste. Pears, oranges at first are followed by notes of pepper and cinnamon Ends off with a strong oaky note with blood orange sweets and some honey.
