A Traveling Festival Across Los Angeles
Rather than taking place at one location, the LA Jazz Festival invites audiences to experience music across multiple communities. Whether attending a free neighborhood concert, enjoying a Caribbean-inspired street celebration, or experiencing live performances beneath the stars at the beach, visitors will discover that every stop offers its own unique energy.

Music from the Beach to Leimert Park
The celebration begins with Opening Night in historic Leimert Park, followed by free Jazz in the Park concerts across the region, Jazz After Dark performances at neighborhood venues, and the colorful Caribbean Street Carnival in Venice before culminating with the signature Jazz on the Beach finale at Dockweiler Beach. Organizers describe the event as a citywide cultural experience featuring more than 150 artists and programming designed for audiences of all ages.
