Physique 57, the leader of barre-based fitness, is proud to announce its partnership with longtime Physique 57® client and Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews for the launch of the brand’s new online streaming workout video titled Physique 57®’s Get Fit Quick featuring Erin Andrews. Celebrities have long been clients but now they’re getting involved in helping create content that people can access globally. This workout will augment the popular Physique 57® Online Workout platform that offers a variety of signature and targeted at-home workouts. Physique 57® launched this innovative program to satisfy national and global demand, and help clients everywhere transform into the best versions of themselves beyond their studios, with their unique workouts and successful collection of DVDs.
The streaming video will launch in December 2013 and will be taught by Erin Andrews and Tanya Becker, Co-Founder of Physique 57®. This video will include a series of body sculpting exercises that will focus on arms, thighs, seat, abs and back. “We are thrilled to collaborate with Erin and to offer our clients globally a new, fun, efficient, and results-oriented workout program that can be easily accessible on the go. Clients beyond our studios’ reach can get a red-carpet body from this new workout in just 30 minutes a few times a week,” said Jennifer Vaughan Maanavi, CEO and Co-Founder of Physique 57®.
The streaming videos are an ideal solution for fitness devotees who travel for work or pleasure, those who work out at home, soon-to-be brides, those who prefer to work out in private and virtually any woman who has a busy life but is determined to stay in shape, or get in shape and live a healthier lifestyle. Physique 57®’s Get Fit Quick featuring Erin Andrews is designed to provide a high intensity workout that will strengthen, lengthen and tone muscles without leaving your home or hotel room.
“I am a loyal client of Physique 57® so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to choreograph and participate in a streaming video with Tanya. I am always traveling, so the Physique 57® at home streaming videos are the perfect way for me to work out anywhere, anytime. I can’t wait to bring my favorite Physique 57® moves to viewers everywhere.” said Erin Andrews.
Similar to pay per view movies on cable TV, Physique 57®’s video platform allows participants to access an online workout for a certain period of time. They have the option to pay per workout or pay for unlimited access by purchasing a monthly subscription. A monthly subscription costs $57 and access to videos costs between $5-$10. Videos are available at http://www.physique57.com/online-workouts.htm
Physique 57®’s online streaming videos are suitable for all levels of fitness and offer modifications for beginners and advanced levels. The videos require minimal to no equipment. Some equipment that may be used includes a waist-high sturdy chair or portable ballet barre, a light set of weights (3-5lbs) and a heavy set of weights (8-10lbs).
