LA Fitness is pleased to announce the grand opening of its first LA Fitness Signature Club in California with a Celebrity/VIP reception on Saturday June 2ND, 2012. The event will be held at the new signature club in Woodland Hills with the red carpet opening at 6pm. Attendees include celebrities and athletes within the surrounding Valley area of Los Angeles, including Grammy winner LeAnn Rimes and actor Eddie Cibrian. The previous location in Woodland Hills, Warner Center, has closed. All members have been moved to the brand new 47,000 square foot club at 6401 Canoga Avenue.
In celebration of the new club, the celebrity VIP reception will provide exclusive tours, meet-and-greet of all staff and personal trainers, Zumba ® demos, guest DJ’s, complimentary hors d’oeuvres from The Cheesecake Factory®, samples by Zico® Coconut water, and a Coca-Cola® lounge with samples of beverage products. The Grand Opening Celebrity/VIP Reception during the evening is by invitation only while the Official Grand Opening during the day is open to the public.
LA Fitness Signature clubs provide members with added features such as toiletries and towel service to relaxing saunas and pool/spa amenities. Enjoy the full-size basketball court, four racquetball courts, aerobics room, indoor cycling studio, and many group fitness classes for men and women. Kids can play inside the LA Fitness Kid’s Klub.
