“The Weeknd Goes Big In Bel Air”
Canadian-singer-songwriter Abel Makkonen Tesfaye (better known as The Weeknd) is spending $70 million of his fortune on a 33,000-square-foot home in Be Air, one of California’s most expensive homes. Jam-packed with toys including indoor and outdoor pools, movie theater and a music studio, Madonna recently bought The Weeknd’s former L.A. home for $19.3 million.

“Pamela Anderson’s Sexy-Fun-Times Home”
In March, Pamela Anderson listed her Malibu beach home for $14.9 million, putting the home that she helped design on the market after “many sexy, fun times were had here” as she told the New York Post. Her home quickly sold for $11.8 million. The Canadian-born actress is currently living on her grandmother’s property on Vancouver Island and plans to continue living in the area.

“Oprah Winfrey’s Orcas Island Estate”
Oprah Winfrey has sold a significant part of her real estate collection: a 43-acre waterfront estate on Orcas Island. Located off the coast of Seattle, the property includes a 10,251-square-foot, four-bedroom main home, a four-bedroom guest home, and a half mile of waterfront. Oprah bought the compound in 2018 for $8.3 million, did extensive remodeling, and sold it for $14 million. Oprah still owns homes in Hawaii and Colorado and her main home in Montecito, California.

Leonardo DiCaprio has one of the best real estate portfolios in Hollywood. Part of his collection: an L.A. home he bought in the 1990s from Madonna, a fabulous mid-century modern home in Palm Springs that was built for Dinah Shore that he bought in 2014, and a $23 million Malibu home he grabbed in 2017. He recently listed a Los Feliz home for $5.75 million that he bought from musician Moby.

John Fogerty didn’t stick around for long in his 9,000-square-foot San Fernando Valley home that he bought in 2018 for $6.8 million and just sold for $8.5 million. The home includes a fountain-fed swimming pool, eight bedrooms, spa, outdoor kitchen and a rooftop deck.

“Calvin Klein Scores Big In Hamptons”
Calvin Klein has sold his historic East Hamptons home for $85 million. Klein bought the oceanfront home on 8.5 acres in 1987 for $3.6 million.

“Matt Lauer Relists $44 Million Hamptons Home”
Matt Lauer is trying again to sell his 12-bedroom Hamptons home, and he is again asking in the $44 million price range, listed now at $43.995 million. Located near Sag Harbor, Matt bought the 14,000-square-foot home from Richard Gere in 2016 for $36.5 million.

“Cindy & Rande Get $13.5 Million”
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber were asking $15.45 million for their Malibu home with four bedrooms, 5,400 square feet and Pacific Ocean views. They got $13.5 million.

“Floyd Mayweather Joins Home-Buying Crowd In Miami Beach”
Joining a crowd of celebrities, politicians and CEOs who are buying homes and condos in Miami Beach including Tom Brady, Cindy Crawford and Ivanka Trump, boxing-champ Floyd Mayweather has purchased a 9,123-square-foot home on Miami Beach’s ritzy Palm Island for $18 million.
