Created by South Bay based innovator, marketer and green living entrepreneur Kris Wiley, Women of the Green Generation was formed in June of 2009 to bring together Los Angeles area women interested in starting or expanding their environmentally driven businesses. The group was an immediate success attracting dozens of women to monthly events and generating media coverage in the Los Angeles Times, CNN, and numerous blogs.

Holding an annual conference to inspire and connect women was always a goal of Wiley’s. In addition hosting the event at the Marrakesh House will please all the attendees, Kris notes, “I am thrilled to be back at such an inspiring location, its open and spacious floor plan will delight guests in all the amenities this beautiful event has to offer,” adding, “With a full day to connect and schmooze, the attendees will not only learn how to maximize their green businesses and lives, but will truly connect with one another in a deeply meaningful way.”

Advance ticket purchase is highly recommended, as space is limited. Tickets are $75 in advance or $98 at the door, if available. Tickets can be purchased at www.womenofthegreengeneration.com.
