The entire footwear collection is constructed with innovative and high-tech materials – extremely light Japanese nylon and treated with Scotchgard™. As well, they offer breathability; with the help of a transparent technology which allows the moisture to exit from the footbed.
For Fall 2012, designer Johan Ringdal has created new lines and refined classics. The Armani by SWIMS overshoe, camo-green Classic and Charles High Top Brogue for men all debut this fall season, as well as a new line for women including the Ingrid Chelsea boot, Olga Siberia boot and Olivia rain boot.

2012 is the year of the galosh! SWIMS partnered with Armani for a special collaboration, “Armani by SWIMS overshoe,” which made a striking appearance on their fall runway.
SWIMS is taking the overshoe style one step further by introducing both new colors and styles, such as the camo-green Classic.

Urban footwear for rainy days
SWIMS’ designer and founder Johan Ringdal’s fascination with re-inventing classics has resulted in a definitive collection of timeless yet modern shoes. For Fall 2012, SWIMS is continuing the line of urban, water resistant footwear made of high-density nylon and rubber. These nylon and rubber shoes are treated with 3M Scotchgard and are water repellent, and in some cases waterproof.
There are three models in the women’s collection including the following:
Olivia Rubber Boot: A waterproof short rain boot available in yellow, red, hunter green, navy and black.
Ingrid Chelsea Boot: A water resistant full brogue slip-on boot inspired by the evergreen Chelsea boot. Available in brown, gunsmoke gray and black.
